At Common Scents, we are committed to providing the highest quality and individual care to your pet.
We welcome the opportunity to personally get to know each and every one of our clients and their pets. Please take the time to visit our facility before your pet's stay so that we may discuss the individual needs of your pet, as well as answer any questions you may have. Taking advantage of our Free Trial Day (link) is the perfect way to do so.
Our kennel is a member of Pet Care Services, (link) and we are staffed by a team of professionally trained and certified Pet Care Technicians who love animals and care about their well-being. We promise to do everything possible to make your pet's visit with us comfortable, happy and fun.

Boarding Information
Grooming
Professional grooming services are available for all dogs. Kris, our experienced and knowledgeable groomer, will work with you and your pet to achieve the results you want in a positive and happy environment. We use only the finest shampoos and rinses, and can provide special services such as flea baths or skink deodorizing. All grooming is done by appointment only. If you are boarding your dog with us and wish grooming before pick-up, please schedule this at the time you make your boarding reservation. Toenail trims are also available by appointment or during your pet's boarding visit.

Appointments
All grooming is by appointment. Weekdays and Saturday appointments are available. We generally have all pets booked for grooming be dropped off between 8:30 and 9:00 am. Our grooming staff will work on more than one pet at a time - one pet will be getting brushed while another is shampooed and so on. We do strive to accommodate your schedule as much as possible, and have pets spend the minimal time necessary at the grooming salon. All pets are offered water and walked outside during the time they are here for grooming.

Rates
Please call for an estimate on grooming. Rates will vary depending on the breed, coat condition, and size of dog, as well as they type of trim you are interested in. All grooms include a full shampoo, conditioner, brush out, wiping out ears and trimming toenails. Trims are done on suitable breeds per owner request with clipper blade and/or scissors.
Boarding "Exit Bath"
A boarding "exit bath" is offered for visiting pets before they return home. This is available for pets that have stayed a minimum of seven days, and there is a nominal fee. It is a shampoo and dry only, and does not include a brush out, trim or toenail trim. Exit baths are available for stays of less than seven days, but there is limited availability. Certain pets have coats which will make them ineligible for the exit bath. Our staff will need to make this determination on an individual basis.
