In-Kennel Training

Our In-Kennel Training programs offer professional training for your dog while boarding at our facility. It is available for dogs with specific behavior problems requiring professional attention, but may also be useful for people whose time is limited, and for those who just want their dogs professionally trained. The duration of the programs is four weeks for the comprehensive program, or two weeks for the abbreviated program. During this time, your dog will be cared for by our staff in a spacious, climate-controlled, indoor - outdoor kennel run.

Comprehensive Program (4 week)

Comprehensive In-Kennel Training program is a four week board and train program designed to provide a customized, in depth solution to major control, behavior, or social issues. It also provides a convenient alternative to people who need a well trained dog but do not have the time to attend classes or otherwise wish to have their dogs professionally trained.

Abbreviated Program (2 week)

Because of the shorter time period, the abbreviated program has some limitations. In order to be able to accomplish this program in the time allotted, it is necessary that the dog have no major behavior problems or social issues, and is reasonably comfortable during a free trial day. These limitations are all necessary to ensure that training can begin with a minimal adjustment period, and can be completed without interruption.

Scheduling

To start the process, you will be asked to fill out a comprehensive form detailing the dog's history, life style and interactions. We will carefully review these forms to help you determine if In-Kennel Training is the right program for you and your dog. If a decision is made to proceed, we will schedule a 2 hour intake appointment to discuss your dog's issues, your priorities, and details of a program designed specifically for your dog.

Fees

Average cost for the 4-week program is $400 - $500/week. All fees are subject to change without notice. Fees may vary for specific situations, problems, or conditions and are due at check in.

The cost of the two week abbreviated program is $850.00. The fee is due at check in.
